What does it mean to be the G.I.F? To be a G.I.F means being a great influential figure. It’s about recognition of your ability to influence and effect change in your life and society. One person decides to drink and drive. That one person ends up crashing into another resulting in that person’s death. The children of the deceased person lives are forever changed. The life of the person whose actions resulted in the death of that person life is forever changed. That story makes the news and it effects millions of people watching and those in the lives of those people. Something as simple as a smile can change somebody’s day. We are products of our environment but we shouldn’t forget how much our environment is a product of us.
